  • How much does the job pay?
Good question - this will be dependant on the role and employer. But our clients are keen to find the best talent and know that investing is important to find and retain people. You should remember that not only are they paying you they are providing other investments into your training (including with Tevi) so you should look at the entire offering when comparing different jobs.
  • Can I see the job spec?
Yes - details about the job, company, pay, location will all be provided to the successful graduates who pass the assessment stage so we can begin matching the graduates with the right role.
  • Do I have to accept the job?
No - clearly the role most be right for you and the employer. We would hope that having gone through the process together and carefully selected the right fit that you would be keen to take on the role....but the choice is yours!
  • Where will the job be? Do I have to relocate?
The job location will be dependant on the role/employer. Whilst many offer remote/hybrid worker, at least for the start of journey a significant amount of time will be in the office to help you learn and integrate. Jobs will be based anywhere in the UK (and even abroad) and its totally up to you if you wish to consider a role that requires relocation.
  • Am I guaranteed a role if I apply?
No! Both Tevi and the employers will be meeting many graduates and shortlisting those that display the skills, attitudes, experiences etc that we feel are best suited to ensure success for both graduate and employer.
  • Who is Tevi?
Tevi is a sales consultancy. We are passionate about helping graduates and our clients succeed so provide this programme to help the next generate of sales stars find a great role. We will run the process of finding the best sales graduates and matching them with employers. Once settled into your role, we then train the selected graduates in key sales skills needed.
  • What skills and/or experience are you looking for?
At this stage we know you are not a polished sales person and may never have even tried it out. So the key for us to find the potential stars of the future. We will be looking at your personality, communication skills, ability to learn/adapt, passion and interests. If you have previous experiences that will also be considered but is certainly not essential.
  • What's involved in the assessments?
This will constantly evolve to ensure we are finding the best graduates and may also be tailored to the particular needs of a client. Having reviewed CVs/Covering letter etc we will typically meet digitally in first instance, or ask you to complete a task and send back to us. If we see a fit we will then ask successful candidates to attend an in-person assessment. These are very hands-on and replicate realistic situations that you may face in a sale role - eg networking, presentations, sales meetings etc. At no-point are we looking to catch people out. You will be given briefings and told what to expect throughout the journey....and if things change (as can be the case), you'll be the first to know! We might even throw a little chaos into the mix deliberately (no...honestly!) ...as sales is often about dealing with unknowns/changes. So if agility is not a key skill then maybe this isn't the best fit....
  • Where will the assessments take place?
Events will take place across the UK. Successful applicants will be made aware of the assessment events (where/when etc) and you can choose to attend or not. Unfortunately we are unable to help with travel/accommodation costs so most candidates will attend an event close to their current location or in the location they are considering moving to.
